Stockholm is a city that perfectly blends old-world charm with modern flair. The historic streets of Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s Old Town, come alive with festive lights and decorations, creating an enchanting atmosphere for holiday wanderers. Known for its rich cultural history and stunning architecture, Stockholm’s museums, markets, and festive traditions offer a warm welcome at Christmastime.
Tallinn, Estonia’s capital, feels like stepping into a Christmas postcard. Its Old Town - one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Europe - is an absolute highlight, especially during the holiday season when the streets and squares are decked out with twinkling lights and local markets brim with festive cheer. Tallinn’s Christmas market, set in the heart of Town Hall Square, offers a chance to experience Estonian Christmas traditions, while the city's rich Hanseatic history and quaint cafes invite you to slow down and take in the magic of the season.
