As a family business we at fine by nature understand that our name and reputation is at stake every time we create a travel experience. We take your trust very seriously and your safety - and the safety of our staff and our destination partners - is our major priority.
Travelling involves risks which might be greater than those occurring in your daily life and the following information is here to assist you to make an informed decision about your travel. Participation on any tour is a personal choice by you, and therefore you should take into consideration all risks including any pre-existing health issues that may predispose you to increased risk. Safety in our destinations
Finland and the neighbouring countries are considered safe destinations but common sense is always required to stay out of harm's way. Check these government sites for any current travel advice for your travel destinations

fine by nature itself does not own hotels, restaurants, activity operations or transport vehicles, but acts as an independent reseller providing travel services. We work with reputable operators who are required to comply with all local business licensing requirements, have adequate insurance cover and perform all necessary checks to keep their properties and equipment up to the safety standards required by local laws.

All activities are operated by our partners who will provide you with safety instructions before the activity and in some cases will require you to sign an indemnity form prior to your participation. If you have any concerns about the safety of the activity - before or during the activity - please, alert their staff.

Before heading out to explore your surroundings while in your destination, please, talk to the locals about weather conditions and check if there are any other issues you might need to take into account to have a safe outing. fine by nature will provide you with seasonal destination travel guides with your travel documents.

Some activities are more strenuous than others, but as a guidance - and for you to have an enjoyable experience - as a minimum you will need to be able to walk 2-3km on uneven ground (like cobblestones), carry your own luggage and to walk up a few flights of stairs. All activities are marked with fitness level indicators. Give us a call if you need more information.
Travel insurance
Travel Insurance is compulsory for travel on our small group tours. Please, take out an adequate comprehensive travel insurance which includes coverage of any cancellation fees in the event of cancellation by you.
