Tallinn, the Capital of Estonia, is not just about medieval buildings. It offers edgy design, unique architecture, fantastic food and is a home for many creatives. On this holiday you are staying in an apartment in Tallinn and then travel to an amazing nature resort, located just 45 minutes outside the capital city.

Your apartment is located in central Tallinn's trendiest neighbourhood: Telliskivi. This former brick factory complex and its surroundings are now home to startup incubators, artists’ studios, design shops, and dozens of restaurants, cafes and bars. In addition, more than twenty different works of street art can be found in the creative city. You are just 1 minute’s walk from the centre of Telliskivi, 8 minutes from the Balti Jaam Market and public transport hub, and less than 15 minutes from the Old Town.

From Tallinn you travel to an exclusive nature resort located in the middle of Estonian wetlands, where contemporary architectural design blends harmoniously with untouched natural beauty, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and wonder. You're truly surrounded by nature, yet have all the comfort you could ask for and as the resort caters for a small number of guests the service is of the highest standard. If you are looking for some tranquility close to nature with a touch of luxury and fabulous local cuisine then this is the perfect place!
The intimate onsite restaurant has been awarded a Green Star in the current Michelin Guide. The Michelin Green Star is an annual award which highlights restaurants at the forefront of the industry when it comes to their sustainable practices. They hold themselves accountable for both their ethical and environmental standards, and work with sustainable producers and suppliers to avoid waste. These restaurants offer dining experiences that combine culinary excellence with outstanding eco-friendly commitments and are a source of inspiration both for keen foodies and the hospitality industry as a whole.

There is no lack of innovative and amazing food in Tallinn! The most recognised restaurant guide in the world, the Michelin Guide, first arrived in Estonia in 2022. The second Michelin guide to Estonian restaurants was published in May 2023 and features 34 restaurants, 24 of which are in Tallinn.

The first restaurants awarded with Michelin stars in the Baltic States are Noa Chef’s Hall and Restaurant 180° by Matthias Diether, the latter of which received its second Michelin star in 2023. In addition, the Michelin Green Star guide specifically highlights restaurants committed to sustainable food preparation, and their Bib Gourmand award recognises restaurants that offer fantastic value for money.

Day 2: Private street art tour
Telliskivi one of the most colourful places in Tallinn: it is full of street art and graffiti pieces. Locals cannot remember or even imagine Telliskivi with grey walls. On this street art tour your guide will share stories of how the paintings appeared, who are the artists and what stories are hidden behind the artworks. The tour introduces the art pieces, the authors, and the beginning of street art – graffiti. Old photographs of the time when the main factory of the Baltic Railway was located here, make the tour even more interesting.

Rest of the day free to explore Tallinn on your own.

Day 3: Explore Estonian Design
You start the design tour with a visit to a concept store where you'll get the overview of the Estonian design scene and then head off to the various designers' showrooms. Depending on your interests, we'll customise a tour especially for you. Whether you are interested in a new outfit, jewellery, unique souvenirs or homewares for your house. But not only that, we'll schedule a meet and greet with the designers themselves, and you'll get to hear the stories behind every product and what inspires the designers.

Alternatively we can arrange you a private food tasting tour that offers you the chance to experience the smells, flavours and stories of Estonian cuisine. You will also get to see some of the most beautiful parts of the Old Town and nearby Kalamaja quarter and hear exciting stories about Estonian history and the country today.

Rest of the day free to explore Tallinn on your own.

Day 4: Travel to your retreat surrounded by nature
Today you have some time for last minute exploration - maybe visiting some of the interesting museums that Tallinn offers. We are happy to provide some suggestions!
Then it's time to leave the city behind! In the late afternoon your driver will pick you up for the journey to the nature resort - travel time about 45 minutes. Upon arrival you are welcomed with a drink and a surprise gift prior to be shown to your villa.

You are staying in one of the luxurious sustainable boutique villas built on stilts to protect the environment. Some of the villas have won several architecture and design awards and you can see why when you enter yours - it is a small technical and aesthetic marvel!

There is snack platter waiting for you in the villa. Later in the evening the staff will bring your dinner to the villa so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest and in complete privacy. After dinner relax and watch the colours play across the sky during sunset and marvel at the billions of stars in the dark night without light pollution.

Day 5: Guided canoe tour
After delicious breakfast it's time to explore Estonian countryside. On this canoe trip, your guide will take you from the resort to the Keila River. Estonian rivers are wide and slow which makes this tour, too, a relaxing journey through beautiful Estonian scenery. The Keila River passes through wilderness, small villages and you can also spot some beautiful manor houses along the river banks. You will see dams built by beavers and, if you are lucky, you can admire some of them hard at work. Return to the resort.

Some time to relax. How about a massage or a private yoga session?

Tonight you are enjoying a 6-course degustation dinner inspired by the untouched beauty of the surrounding nature and the freshest regional produce. Each dish is a journey through the four Estonian seasons, meticulously curated to showcase the best ingredients in harmony with their natural cycles. The hallmark of the culinary experience here is rooted in high-quality ingredients, carefully crafted recipes, and unexpected flavour combinations. Order the wine pairing package to enhance your dining experience further.
